Dalian Top-Eastern Drills Co., Ltd, the flagship company of Top-Eastern Group, is a professional manufacturer of fully ground twist drills, roll forged drills, milled drills and machine taps, covering 200 product series and 3,500 items. 80 percent of our product is for the export market. The Special Steel Factory is responsible for supplying steel products for the group. This includes M2, M35, M42, W4 and W9. In November, 2006, Top-Eastern Group invested RMB80 million to rebuild and upgrade the high speed steel production system, from steelmaking to steel forging, steel rolling and wire cold drawing. The production line of high speed steel twist drills and taps is made up of American Hertlein and Nomac equipment. Therefore, Top-Eastern can supply precision fully ground drills, non-standard drills, aircraft extension drills, parabolic drills, optimized flute drills, fully ground and milled machine taps, nut taps, spiral point taps and pipe threading taps. These production lines will ensure the quality of our own name brand product—TDC. The removal of production and sales section of Top-Eastern Carbide Co., Ltd has providing a powerful impetus to sales of Top-Eastern Drills Co., Ltd, filling the blanks of hard carbide products in Top-Eastern Drills. Now, Top-Eastern Drills Co., Ltd has fully becoming the first leading industry of the Top-Eastern Group, with the capability of producing various kinds of drills and other metal machining tools of different size and material. The reorganization of Nitride Black Oxide Factory and TiN Coating Factory was finished in May 2007 with the formation of Top-Eastern Group Surface Treatment Center. The center utilizes advanced vacuum chambers to coat the surface of cutting tools and molds. This technology can greatly improve corrosion prevention, lubricity, decrease roughness and improve the hardness of tools, while increasing tool life.
